Support for Parents

Exploring relationships and situations and learning techniques to help with behaviour, communication and creating a strong family.
It’s not easy being a parent. Sometimes, that deep instinct to protect can make it hard to let go, especially when your child’s goals or needs don’t quite align with your own. I will help you gently unpack those anxieties (which are simply signals of love), find clarity, and move forward with confidence.
These sessions are for parents who want to explore specific situations in more depth and learn practical techniques they can use at home to support their child. They’re bespoke to you and designed to help you recognise your strengths, define a clear vision for your family, and map out how to get there.
What we’ll work on
We focus on what matters most to you and your family, which can include:
Behaviour & boundaries – calm, consistent approaches that actually stick.
Family ethos – shaping shared values and routines that feel authentic.
Communication – creating connection, even during tricky moments.
Growing together – evolving as your child (and life) changes.
Other areas we can work together on:
Confidence – feeling positive and empowered around your child.
Anxious parenting – “Am I doing the right thing? Is my child OK?” All totally normal thoughts. We can work through practical tools to ground and reset.
Parenting styles – aligning approaches (or harmonising differences) with your partner.
Your relationship with your child – tuning into the day-to-day dynamic.
Early teenage years – navigating the shift into adolescence.
Working parent life – finding balance without the burnout.
Life events – births, bereavements, new partnerships, and changing family dynamics.
School matters – choosing a school, handling homework, navigating bullying.
Health & wellbeing – diet, mood, social media, and everyday habits
